Announcing iHealth!
The Iowa Clinic is proud to offer our patients iHealth online services. The iHealthRecord is a secure and confidential online personal health record. This service not only stores personal health information for you and your family, it provides FDA product warnings and alerts and interactive programs that help you better understand medical conditions and medications--all at no cost to you! You can create an iHealthRecord to manage and share your personal health information with your physician, family members, a caregiver, or in the event of an emergency. Once you register for iHealth, you will also be able to communicate with our practice via Secure Messaging. Secure Messaging allows you to communicate with us via a secure server when you require a non-urgent appointment scheduled, a routine prescription refilled, or a routine question answered. This is an elective program - as a patient of The Iowa Clinic you are not required to register with iHealth. The medical information you include in your iHealth record cannot be accessed by anyone with out your permission and at this time is not connected with your medical records at our facilities.
